A proven leader and mentor adept in communicating across organizational and functional teams, Rob works with Prime TSR clients to develop and execute technical strategies to help advance their long-term corporate vision. With a cohesive approach to building solutions, Rob partners with development teams, business sponsors, and senior leadership to ensure proper guidance, adherence to policies and procedures, and project success. Prior to joining Prime TSR, Rob spent 10 years at a railcar and freight management company, where he led the company’s digital transformation initiatives. Rob’s career path also included positions as a senior technical consultant at SAIC and director of business and co-founder at PEZ Consulting, a technology consultancy specializing in developing custom web applications. An avid sports fan and competitor, Rob spends most of his time enjoying sports activities with his twin boys, playing competitive softball or cheering on his hometown Chicago sports teams.
