As a principal and co-founder, Eugene Khazin drives Prime TSR’s mission to help clients modernize the technology that powers their business. His patience and acute ability to find the needle the haystack of technology quandaries have led to the development of proprietary diagnostic tools and processes to assess client’s business challenges and design their roadmap for success.
Eugene has helped his clients sleep better at night, by tackling their most pressing IT challenges during the day. He has spent his entire career architecting and managing data platforms, with broad experience at large corporations including Motorola, Playboy and Career Education §. Prior to Prime TSR, he was a partner at Database Edge, a database performance and scalability consultancy, where he solved seemingly unsolvable problems more efficiently and quickly than competitors.
Eugene resides in Chicago with his wife Kate and son David. He enjoys skiing and is passionate about artisanal coffee.

Josh Davidson is a trusted, proven leader with a passion for solving technology challenges. Since 2013, Josh and co-founder Eugene Khazin have organically grown Prime TSR into an agile team of skilled pros who help clients modernize the technology applications, data platforms, infrastructure and operations that drive their business. His aptitude, composure and sensibility during critical situations have helped clients avert disaster and minimize reputational risk, while continuing to achieve their business goals.
Prior to founding Prime TSR, Josh managed global operations of internal shared platforms at Accenture and was an enterprise architect for Discover Financial Services. Throughout his career, Josh’s keen ability to diagnose and manage application performance and infrastructure instability issues has impacted thousands of employees while uniting global teams toward a singular goal.
A dedicated business and civic leader, Josh was named in 2018 as one of “35 under 35 Rising Stars” in the profession by Consulting Magazine. He serves as a Board Member of Genesys Works Chicago, a non-profit organization for high school students in underserved communities. In his free time, Josh can be found photographing polar bears in the arctic, cycling around the Midwest and playing board games with his family.

A high-energy, passionate and intelligent leader and mentor, Eric Peebles has demonstrated his business acumen and deep technology expertise for more than two decades across diverse corporate cultures. From systems integration to application development to cloud migration, Eric guides Prime TSR’s teams of skilled technologists to aid mid-to-large multinational clients through every step of the software modernization process, from concept to implementation.
Before joining Prime TSR, Eric was the owner and principal technology architect at Artisanal Technology Solutions. He also served as principal at Sofbang Technologies and chief technology officer at Blackwell Consulting and held senior roles at IBM and Accenture. In addition, Eric spent three years as chief enterprise architect for the City of Chicago, where he was responsible for the development, alignment and implementation of enterprise technology solutions across all 43 city departments.
A resident of Chicago’s South Side neighborhood, Eric coaches and mentors youth in his free time.

Tim Stone leads the charge on a wide-range of projects, including helping clients migrate and operate technology infrastructure in the cloud. Specializing in company mergers and data center migrations, Tim consistently demonstrates profound instinct and precision in bringing together the best suited teams of skilled technologists to collaborate with client resources on complex projects.
A proven solution architect and infrastructure manager, Tim’s unique blend of business and technology acumen helps clients evaluate and improve their business through next generation tech tools and processes. Most recently, Tim was a partner at Netrix, a privately-held cloud management center. Prior to that, he served as managing partner of Bullet Group Consulting, a company that specialized in managing electronic records for private medical practices in the cloud. He also played critical roles as vice president of IT for Potbelly Sandwich Works and director of IT operations for Participate.com.
Tim resides in Fox River Grove with his wife and son and enjoys playing and watching ice hockey.
Diana Smith leads the sales team in collaborating with Prime TSR clients to provide the ideal technologies and approaches to solve their complex business challenges and improve their ability to compete. A 30-year tech industry veteran, Diana is a recognized leader and trusted advisor, whose “listen-first, advise later” approach has gained the trust of business leaders to help carry out their vision and drive the corporate mission.
Prior to joining Prime TSR, Diana held sales and new business development leadership roles at Novo Group, Brilliant Technology, Volt Workforce Solutions and Parson Consulting. Her career also includes 12 years at IBM as a systems engineer and senior marketing representative.
Diana is a member of the management advisory board of MightyBytes, and mentors emerging sales professionals in technology sales. She is an active member of the Association for Information Technology Professionals and ARA, advancing women in technology. Diana also volunteers with i.c.stars and JourneyCare Hospice. A San Francisco native who currently resides in Chicago, Diana enjoys skiing, painting, live music, and is an avid Blackhawks fan.

A product manager with more than a decade of experience, Konstantin Voronov has a demonstrated track record in assembling the best design and development teams in order to drive successful application development projects. Konstantin’s sharp aptitude for quality assurance and business analysis go hand-in-hand with a personal touch and that instills confidence in his clients, knowing that they are in good hands.
Initially hired as a quality assurance manager, Konstantin’s commitment to excellence has earned the trust of clients and propelled him into his current role as product manager. Prior to joining Prime TSR, Konstantin honed his technical and management skills while working in the higher education and consulting industries.
A native of St. Petersburg, Russia, Konstantin enjoys traveling, attending live music events and city biking.

As a senior consultant, Jeremy collaborates with his clients and talented team to develop and deliver the best architecture, software and technology solutions. A lifelong learner, Jeremy takes time to deeply understand his clients’ strategic goals and help achieve them through software development.
Jeremy excels at digital arts and software design and is passionate about exploring new and emerging technologies. A Microsoft Certified Professional, Jeremy was most recently a software engineer consultant with Avanade and held similar positions as a software engineer at BDO USA and Steelcase.
The Grand Rapids, Michigan native is recently married and plays hockey. He also nurtures his creative side in his free time by developing video games, document clouds and user feedback websites.

A proven leader and mentor adept in communicating across organizational and functional teams, Rob works with Prime TSR clients to develop and execute technical strategies to help advance their long-term corporate vision. With a cohesive approach to building solutions, Rob partners with development teams, business sponsors, and senior leadership to ensure proper guidance, adherence to policies and procedures, and project success.
Prior to joining Prime TSR, Rob spent 10 year at a railcar and freight management company, where he led the company’s digital transformation initiatives. Rob’s career path also included positions as a senior technical consultant at SAIC and director of business and co-founder at PEZ Consulting, a technology consultancy specializing in developing custom web applications.
An avid sports fan and competitor, Rob spends most of his time enjoying sports activities with his twin boys, playing competitive softball or cheering on his hometown Chicago sports teams.

Rich Kopeikin has spent more than fifteen years managing high-profile projects and leading development teams through the process of architecting, implementing, integrating, and maintaining custom software solutions across a broad spectrum of technology platforms. He brings a wealth of experience and dynamically adapts to navigate both technical and business problems.
Rich is a cloud architect with a background in web application development. He has professional hands-on experience working with all three major clouds (Azure, AWS, and GCP).
Rich is both an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and a GCP Certified Professional Cloud Architect.
As a Practice Lead, Rich mentors’ developers, evangelizes technologies, keeps up on industry trends, attends conferences, presents at meetup groups, networks, and builds relationships.
Prior to Prime TSR, Rich worked as a lead software consultant for Neudesic, an IT consultancy. He also spent six years as an application developer at Tellabs, where he focused on custom internal applications.
Rich resides in the West Loop of Chicago and enjoys exploring new technologies, spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and collecting wine.

As a software architect with more than two decades of experience, Lysander Snow has led global teams in application development and deployment lifecycle engagements focusing on integration, cloud computing, e-commerce, mobile solutions, and rich internet applications. A proven leader and skilled communicator, Lysander works with Prime TSR clients to design and implement applications that deliver information on key business drivers to increase sales, lower operational costs, and improve customer service.
Lysander joined Prime TSR from Avanade, a joint venture formed by Accenture and Microsoft, where he was manager of solution development and played an instrumental role in project delivery for clients including Wells Fargo, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, AON, Oscar Mayer and Dow Chemical. He also was the founder of Bluejam Solution, a consultancy he ran for 11 years that provided architecture, design and custom application development services using Microsoft technologies.
A native of Beloit, Wisconsin, Lysander currently resides in Dekalb, Illinois with his family. He spends most of his free time watching his kid’s activities and enjoys watching basketball and football, especially the Green Bay Packers.

With a track record of cutting costs and improving productivity, Kellyn specializes in cloud transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and economies of scale. His past work, which earned him accolades from the Business Marketing Association four times, includes involvement in the scope, sale and development of over 75 custom websites, modules, apps and third-party integrations for companies like Boeing, NIKE, Whirlpool and RE/Max.
Mitchell enjoys volunteering and sharing his technical expertise with various non-profit organizations, including Super Stars Literacy in Oakland, California where he serves on the Board. Born and raised in the South suburbs of Chicago, Mitchell is a graduate of Roosevelt University, Chicago.

When organizing and creating data models for applications and reporting, Anil is keenly focused on ensuring integrity, high availability and security.
The former enterprise database manager with R1RCM hails from Bombay, India and attended Shivaji University India, where he received a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering. He currently resides in Aurora, Illinois with his wife and two boys and in his free time enjoys spending time with his family.

Layak Mohammed is a data architect with extensive experience modernizing data platforms by moving and maintaining them in the cloud. Known by colleagues as the “go to” problem solver, he excels at helping customers address and overcome pain points with innovative cloud solutions that deliver a positive ROI.
Prior to joining Prime TSR, Layak worked with Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he helped Amazon’s customers overcome cloud migration issues. He is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect with 10 years of experience as a database architect/infrastructure project lead for Tate & Lyle, a London-based global provider of ingredients and solutions for food, beverage and industrial markets; and as a database administrator for companies like Deutsche Bank, Kaplan Financial, Express and Polaris Laboratories.
Layak holds an MS in electrical and computer engineering from NYIT and a BS in electrical engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in India. He’s married with two children.
