Seeking Builders to Solve Real Business Problems

Do you work on solutions that never see the light of day? Are you just building part of a solution? Are you bored with working on the same type of projects all the time? Prime TSR offers a unique opportunity to work with large and enterprise businesses solving critical challenges with innovative solutions. We are a technology modernization agency that doesn’t focus on implementing canned solutions, trying to fit a round peg in a square hole. We focus on deeply understanding our clients’ problems and developing fit-for-purpose solutions that meet their needs and fits within their broader technology landscape. Cloud Architects are client-facing, integrators of business and IT, to create exactly what the client needs to solve their business problem. Your week will normally include trips onsite with client leadership, interfacing directly with the delivery team, and helping internally to define new solutions Prime TSR brings to the market. These interactions will require you to negotiate timelines, proactively address risks, and prioritizes work to deliver the solution your client needs.

Within 30 days a Cloud Architect should be able to:

  • Develop the client problem statement which succinctly describes that challenge, cost/benefit to the client’s business, and what the optimal outcome would be for their solution.
  • Development of an action plan describing the first 30/60/90 days of the project, what impact the client can expect, and what outcomes/deliverables the team will be working on.

Within 60 days a Cloud Architect should be able to:

  • Develop a blueprint that articulates that major components of the solution, how they interact, and what infrastructure/software components are required (cloud or otherwise).
  • Articulate how the client’s business process will map to the proposed solution demonstrating the success criteria as defined in the 30-day objective.
  • Establish rapport with the client by having regular meetings discussing the proposed solution gaining their support and understanding.
  • Define the team required (both client and Prime TSR) to deliver the initial phase of the proposed solution.
